Process of selection of facilitators and Orientation program
The journey began in 2015 with the selection of a team of individuals. The selection process involved seeking applications as a response to newspaper advertisement and subsequent interaction with the applicants. The applicants were selected based on their keen interest to contribute significantly in the field of education and also their alignment with the thought process of the Foundation. Out of a number of applicants, 16 applicants were selected coming from diverse background but connected with a common thread of similar interest and passion.
The selected candidates participated in an orientation program in Integral Education in January 2017. The orientation program was facilitated by Jasmine Sampath and Riddhi Shah – IE facilitators from Mumbai.
