Joyful learning environment is the need of the hour, to bring in a change in today’s education system. The teachers are under pressure to complete the prescribed syllabus. Children rarely get an opportunity to express their curiosity. The emphasis is more on rote learning than on the process of learning. To overcome this challenge, we as educators, have to shift our mindset from a fixed to a creative mindset. Creative mindset gives everyone an opportunity to express themselves freely and to nurture their uniqueness.
