3 days Residential Capacity Building Programme at YCMOU
Subsequent to the 7 days training held at Puducherry, the facilitators went through a 3 days residential capacity building program at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University in April 2017. Every facilitator worked on two topics individually and delivered sessions on the same. The facilitators received constructive feedback from the Management as well as from the other facilitators, to strengthen their facilitation skills. This residential capacity building program also helped in bonding with each other.
