A lawyer by background, Shri. Deepak Dholakia has been working in the judiciary from last more than three decades. He started his journey as an advocate, practicing at District Court at Nashik on the Civil and Criminal side. He has a profound experience of working as judge in the judiciary across several districts of Maharashtra such as Chandrapur, Satara, Kolhapur, Solapur, Pune, Thane and Mumbai.
During the span of his career, he has worked as Registrar (Personnel Department & Original Side) in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. Throughout his career, he has been an ethical judge and abiding by his own work ethics, without an exception.
He achieved a special milestone in his career when he was appointed as Principal District Judge at Nanded in 2019. Even after retirement, he has continued to serve the judiciary by rendering his services as Chairperson, Divisional Police Complaint Authority, Nashik.
He is a Rotarian working with Rotary Club Nashik Mid-town.
He is also a qualified yoga practitioner and yoga Master who facilitates yoga classes at Yoga Vidya Dham, Nashik. He is a passionate traveller who loves to explore new places.

Dr. Bhardwaj’s career spans almost three decades in the field of education. A Ph.D. in Psychology, an MBA in Human Resources Management and with an experience of teaching at graduate and master’s level to becoming the Principal of a reputed college in Nashik, Dr. Bhardwaj’s career has touched great heights and continues till date. Currently, the CEO of Bejon Desai Foundation (BDF) and Director of Jayam Foundation, Dr. Bhardwaj has done profound work in counselling, mentoring and psychological well-being. A renowned motivational speaker, he has touched the lives of many through his inspiring talks and he truly believes to walk the talk himself. He also has worked as a resource person for Maharashtra Police Academy, Nashik, NCC, UGC sponsored academic staff colleges and many other institutions. His firm belief in his core values such as empathy and reaching out to people, made him turn towards Integral Education. Successfully shouldering multiple responsibilities and being at the helm of affairs of Bejon Desai Foundation, he is working with a vision to empower teachers with Integral Education, so that the entire education process becomes enjoyable for the teachers, students as well as the parents. He spearheads the entire team of BDF.

A foodie and a passionate nature lover, Dr. Bhardwaj enjoys making flower mandalas and also loves to go for long drives.

Dr. Sarang Ashok Ingle (fondly called SAI by Bejon Sir) is a M.D. Kaya Chikitsa, Ras Chikitsa, Nadi Chikitsa practitioner. He is a Twice Nagarjuna Award winner at the hands of Hon. President of India, for 1st time – Raschikitsa & 2nd time – Practicability of Mercury in medicines. He is one of the rare Ayurveda practitioners with pinpoint diagnosis.
Following his forefathers who were Puraniks (Knowers of the Puranas), he is well versed with various Puranas & Granths, thus able to fluently quote from them. He is a walking Encyclopaedia about social work activities happening around all of India, thus a perfect source of information and Guide for both the foundations to design its scope of intervention & the allied activities to be conducted in the most apt manner.
He is actively working in the education field since more than 25 years, having served as a member of Academic board & Trustee, Managing committee member, in various capacities in the Nashik Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (NSPM A more than 100 year old organisation having more than 40 schools & college). He is currently the Chairman, school committee of Jaikumar Tibrewala English Medium School belonging to NSPM.
He has been serving with many other social organisations like N.A.B, N.C.A, GramVikas, Manashakti, Swadhyay Pariwar – Rushi Krishi Prog, Divine brain Trust, both the Foundations.
Extremely soft spoken, utterly caring for all, deep Thinker, a Polymath, very Humble, a Visionary, highly Spiritual, are some of his core values.

A home maker all her life, she belongs to the generation where complete dedication for family & home was the only occupation they knew. She loved the said work and poured her heart out for the family and even the extended family, all her life. Taking inspiration from her parents and husband, she was deeply interested in various kind of social work since a long time.

Collecting unsold clothes from her brothers, who are famously in the readymade garments business, she went to many interior tribal villages to handover the new clothes to tribal children and people. She was very meticulous and thorough in her endeavour. Beginning by recording the measurement of most of the people with the help of workers and then handing each of them the adequate size and fit of the clothes, was her way of doing the said work. She had to go at least twice to the said village, to accomplish the work. Doing all the work in the most silent manner, deliberately not aspiring for any fame, she carried on with the work for many years. Describing her noble gesture one newspaper mentioned her name as Anamika (not knowing the name) going around with the work.

She is an active Vipassana practitioner having attented many 10 day, 20 days & 30 day courses. She is also on the Governing Trust of the Nashik Vipassana centre.

She is still very enthusiastic about doing more and more work for the upliftment of the masses. She actively participates in many activities of the Foundations.

Dhanpal Motilal Shah, fondly known as ‘Vinod’ by all, is an out and out sportsperson with all the qualities of a Gentleman. He is an ex-Cricket player having represented the Maharashtra state in National U-19 Cooch Behar
Tournament. He also represented the Nashik district in various state level tourneys for more than 20 years and captained the side for 6 years, was also a part of the Poona university Cricket team in inter-varsity events.

He is currently the Chairman of NDCA (Nashik District Cricket Association) since 2003. It was under his leadership Nashik got the status of a Venue for hosting Ranji Trophy matches and since 2005, Nashik has successfully hosted 12 Ranji matches. He worked very hard together with his team in developing the Cricket
infrastructure in Nashik of international standards. More than 55 players from Nashik belonging to various age group; has been selected to the state team, some of whom went on to captain the state team.

He was Vice-President of MCA (Maharashtra Cricket Association) from 2005-2018. Together with MCA President Mr. Ajay Shirke, they both spread the Cricket to grass root levels in each district by making a level playing field for all the players. He was Chairman of the MCA Cricket operation Committee, was a key person in hosting the IPL matches at the new ultra modern stadium of MCA @ Gahunje, Poona.

He has immense knowledge about the real estate sector, the problems as well as the oppurtunities. Thus has been a successful consultant for many business houses regarding the real estate.

Being of very helpful nature, can be a pragmatic advisor on any subject. He has in depth knowledge and empathic attitude about the existing difficulties faced by the urban as well as the rural population. Thus has been guiding the Foundations in successfully implementing its programmes from the very beginning. He is a very jovial person, hence an extremely popular personality in all circles.
